General:

• Add more custom tattoos
  
• Added message to indicate when no taxis or tows are on duty
  
• Increased radius of clothing shops to allow player to freely roam around the store while changing
  
• Animations will now cancel seamlessly
  
• Disable barber/clothing shops from selection unless player has sufficient amount of money
  
• Add Filming equipment purchasable at the hardware store.
  
  Can be used with /film [ camera | mic | boom ]
  
  Pressing 1 will make your microphone go to your face, puts camera on shoulder, or holds up boom
  
• Pressing 2 will go into 'interview' mode: camera goes into filming mode, mic holds your hand out, boom does nothing
  
• Press backspace to put the equipment away

• Move Pillbox EMS spawn location
  
• Added /spike command
  
• Due date of tickets changed to 14 days, drop off changed to 21
